Conduct
Wiki staff members are responsible for addressing disruption on the wiki and helping it to grow. When the wiki is vandalized, they remove the damage and block the vandal. If a user is being harrassed by another, they step in to resolve the situation. If the wiki has a technical or design issue, they attempt to fix it.
They have no right to authority over the content and policies of the wiki. They do not own the site, and cannot shut out the opinions of others. If a staff member is abusing their privileges, it may result in the removal of their user rights after community discussion.
Staff should remain active to assist the wiki, having been entrusted with additional user rights by its community. Inactivity for more than nine months may result in staff having their rights removed.
